St Mark’s Players Privacy Blurb

If you’ve got a hankering for some legalese and would like to review our formal privacy notice, just click here

Hey there!  We’re St Mark’s Players, and yes, we collect your personal info. That means We Know What You Did Last Summer (Just Kidding... Maybe).

Okay, but seriously.  Why do we collect your personal info? Because we want you to be a part of our community and provide you awesome services and opportunities!

What We Collect -- Basically anything you voluntarily share with us:

  • Your name (hi there!)

  • Contact details (we don’t judge anyone who uses an email ending in @aol.com, as this is a safe space and we appreciate a diverse representation of email domains… also, green text bubbles 4 lyfe)

  • Payment info (we don’t take your payment info directly; your payments are processed by known third-party payment processors and we encourage you to visit their websites and privacy notices to learn more about how they use your info when you purchase tickets and other cool stuff from us)

How We Use Your Info:

  • To run our services

  • To send you emails (prepare for jazz hands!)

  • To personalize your experience

  • To comply with legal stuff (boring, but necessary)

Cookies: We use cookies. Not the delicious kind, but the digital tracking kind. You can disable them, but then we might get sad.

Third-Party Sharing: We work with some cool companies like Mailchimp and Ticket Tailor. They help us do stuff (like handling and providing you with the tickets you purchase), and you can learn about how they use your info by visiting their privacy notices when you visit their sites.

Your Rights: Want to know what info we have or do you want to break up with us (we have heard it before… it’s you, not us)? Email us at info@stmarksplayers.org, and we’ll handle your request as promptly as possible. Please note we might ask you to prove that you’re you first.

Disclaimer: We don't collect info from kids. Sorry, tiny humans!

Stay fabulous, St Mark's Players 🎭
