Third-Party Service Providers

Auditions
The St Mark’s Players use SignUpGenius, Inc. ("SignUpGenius") to intake your personal information when you sign up to participate in a St Mark's Players show. Email Marketing
The St Mark’s Players use The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp (“Mailchimp”) to send you marketing emails about the SMP Services. Mailchimp is part of the Intuit group of companies and is a subsidiary of Intuit Inc.to send marketing emails. For more information on how Mailchimp handles your information on behalf of the St Mark’s Players, please refer to the Intuit Global Privacy Statement.

Payments
We use third-party services for payment processing on behalf of the SMP Services and St Mark’s Players. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
All direct payment gateways used in connection with the SMP Services adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
The payment processors we work with are:

PayPal: Any personal information provided during the payment process with PayPal will be handled in accordance with the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Ticket Reservations
The St Mark’s Players use Ticket Tailor, which is the trading name of Zimma Ltd, to manage tickets reserved or sold in connection with the SMP Services. Ticket Tailor processes your personal information solely on our behalf. Website
The St Mark’s Players website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise the SMP Services to you. Your information may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications on behalf of the St Mark’s Players for the purpose of allowing us to facilitate the provision of the SMP Services to you and to analyze how to better improve those services.
