Broadway Cabaret!
Have a Broadway dream role? Tired of waiting for that casting call? Then get those vocal cords warmed up, whip out your finest costumes and props, and get ready to shine in the spotlight for a great cause!
In collaboration with our friends at District Karaoke (DK), the St. Mark’s Players (SMP) are hosting the SMP x DK Broadway Cabaret to raise funds for the SMP 2026 Fundraising Campaign!

What: An evening of entertainment featuring twenty-five performers (will YOU be one of them???) singing their favorite Broadway tracks! Performers are encouraged to dress up, bring props, and share the stage with their friends while belting out their favorite showtunes. Prizes will be awarded by a panel of three judges from the SMP and DK communities, including:

The Siren Award

Best Overall Performance

Even if you are not performing, we encourage everyone to dress up as their favorite musical theater characters!

When: March 17, 2026 from 7:00 PM EST to 11:00 PM EST, with performances beginning at 8:00 PM EST.

Where: The Crown and Crow, 1317 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005 (NOTE: The Crown and Crow is bar where drinks are available for purchase AND is a Bring Your Own Food (BYOF) establishment!)

Admission: Whether you are performing or simply joining us as an audience member, admission is free! However, we would greatly appreciate donations in any amount in furtherance of the 2026 Fundraising Campaign. If you are looking for a little guidance, see below:

Performers: $10 per person per song

Audience members: $5 per person

Please note that due to capacity restrictions, we can only accommodate our 25 performers and 140 audience members. By filling out the “Performer” and “Audience Member” forms below, you lock in your reservation! We will do our best to accommodate visitors who attend without prior registration at the check in desk at the venue.
